Luis Pablo Díaz Rivera arrived in Los Cabos over 30 years ago, and was enchanted by the Cabo life and the natural beauty of this land. He started his career as a Real Estate developer as a founding member of the Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas Development where he started out as sales director.

The task of creating such a landmark development was a family affair, where his father, Arq. Manuel Díaz Rivera and the rest of Luis Pablo’s siblings endured a great deal to create what is now a benchmark in high end real estate.

Though recently separated from the Pedregal business, Luis Pablo continues to peruse his lifelong dream of creating beautiful spaces that allow families to enjoy the wonders of Los Cabos.

The Cabo Viejo project, in true Diaz Rivera fashion, is also a family developed project. Luis Pablo’s sons, Pablo and Enrique, are not only heading the administrative and construction departments, but live within the Cabo Viejo development, giving the project a very hands on approach, and providing the Cabo Viejo family the assurance that this is not simply a business venture, but a place designed and built to a standard they are happy to live in.
